Sooo Big!

We took Alivia to her 9 month well-baby appointment today. She weighs 21 lb. 8 oz. (88%) and is 28 1/2 inches long (74%). We can't believe how much she's growing. She's pulling herself up to everything and starting to follow us into other rooms when crawling. We have to watch her every move!

Whitewater Rafting

Here are some great pictures from Brad's whitewater rafting trip. He's the one in the front of the raft looking so serious! He did get tossed out of the boat, but managed to hang on. George wasn't so lucky. :)

Visiting Aunt Lane & Uncle Keith

We survived! Last Thursday morning Alivia, Grandma Cinda and I flew to Charlotte to see Aunt Lane and Uncle Keith. Despite some rainy weather and a fussy baby once in a while, we had a wonderful time! Alivia did such a great job on the flights. There's something about the take-off that puts her to sleep. Oh, if it were only that easy at home! :) Daddy was on a short get-away himself. He went to West Virginia with some friends to go whitewater rafting. We missed him so much! I didn't realize how much he does! Thanks Lane and Keith for letting us visit. We loved spending some extra time with you!

Welcome!

I'm trying something new, so give me a chance to figure out exactly how this whole thing works! :) It's our newest attempt to keep family and friends updated with what's going on in our lives. Things have changed so much since Alivia joined us. We love every minute! I'll try to update often with pictures and stories so you can watch her grow with us.

Here are a few pictures from our latest hobby. Alivia loves to go for bike rides! Heather and Jerry have let us borrow the bike seat, so we try to take rides as often as we can. It's great exercise for Daddy, too. He's pulling an extra 30 pounds!

We went to the Colts preseason game last month, too. It was our first trip to Lucas Oil Stadium. Wow! The place is amazing!
