Flightpath

I enjoyed watching the Thunderbirds practice for the Mt. Comfort Air Show.  Our house happens to sit right along their flightpath, so it was very entertaining.  I don't know how they did it, but Brad and the kids slept through it.  We had a good time watching the real show with friends from church.  We were all amazed!

St. Louis Zoo

This was our final stop on our trip.  The zoo was great and FREE, too!  We went early in the morning and the kids were exhausted by lunch time.  Alivia stayed awake long enough to get lunch, but Drew was passed out within minutes of leaving.  He woke up just in time to enjoy Dairy Queen ice cream on our way home. :)

Happy Father's Day!

Busch Stadium is Alivia's 4th and Drew's 2nd ballpark visited to celebrate Father's Day with Brad.  It was lots of fun to watch the defending world champions.  We really enjoyed downtown St. Louis.  We had dinner at TGIFriday's before heading to the game.  Such a fun evening for all of us.  Happy Father's Day, Brad!  Our children are so lucky to have you!

The Magic House

Our annual Father's Day trip ended up in St. Louis this year.  We spent the first afternoon at The Magic House Children's Museum.  The kids loved it!  Highlights were the three story beanstalk to climb and the three story slide.  They could have done those all day long!

Nine years ago I married my best friend.  I wouldn't want to spend this life with anyone else.  Happy Anniversary!  I love you!

Indianapolis Indians

We were so happy to spend an evening with Papaw Bine and Great Papaw at the Indianapolis Indians game.  The game wasn't very entertaining, but we all had a great time.  Thanks to Papaw Bine for letting us celebrate Father's Day with these three special men!

PBS Kids Day in the Park

     The kids enjoyed Saturday at Military Park.  It was a free PBS Kids Day with activities and lots of PBS characters.  They loved the opportunity to sit in and climb on the fire truck.  They also had a bounce house which was a big hit.  Alivia was terrified of the characters (I guess we're not ready for a trip to Disney!), but Drew enjoyed them.  He met Clifford, the Cat in the Hat and the cast from Super Why.  We met up with Angela and the boys too.  Gotta love lots of free fun for the kids!
