It's a Boy!!

We're so excited to announce we're having a healthy baby boy! I'm gaining weight (7 lbs this month) and measured right where I should be. The ultrasound went well and everything appears to be developing on target. I've been feeling more movement this last week, too. We can't wait to meet him!

It's a little hard to see, but he's looking right at you. Those dark circles are his eyes.

All stretched out.

Sweet little feet and toes.

Another view of his leg.

Without a doubt, it's a boy! :)

I can't leave without posting a little something about the big sister, too. Alivia had her 15 month check-up today and did great. Daddy said she wasn't happy to get her shots, but was a good sport overall. Here are her stats:
Weight: 25lb. 8oz. 83%
Height: 32.5 in. 94% :)
Head: 83%
She's perfect! Here's a quick video of her recent dance moves. It doesn't last long, but I still think it's hilarious. Enjoy!

Playground

We LOVE the spring weather! We went for a long walk to the playground close to home and let Alivia run around one evening. She couldn't get enough and was not happy when we had to leave. She wants to do everything herself - including going up the steps and down the slide. They didn't have any baby swings, but you can see by the look on her face that she loved swinging with Daddy.

Boiler Up!

We spent Saturday evening cheering on Purdue. Go Boilers!

Weekly Update

Here are just a few random shots and videos from the last week. Alivia has loved the warm weather. So have we! It's amazing how much happier I am when we can go for a walk or just have the windows open in the house. We were able to spend some time outside last weekend and took a walk along the canal downtown and did a little outside work at the house on Sunday. She's really going to enjoy spring and summer. Sorry I don't really have anything new to report. We're working on a new trick and hope to have that posted in the next few weeks. Stay tuned!

I'm starting her early...she's reading the Sunday shopping ads!

She's learning how to get down the steps on the deck outside. She really wants to walk down, but we're trying to encourage her to sit, then slide down. She's finally figuring it out here.

This was one of Alivia's Christmas presents from Grandpa and Grandma Morgan. She loves riding it, but Brad and I get a little tired of the same three songs playing over and over again. The lighting isn't the best, but you get the idea.

Finally, this is what one of us comes home to every day. I was able to leave work early Friday and pick her up at the sitter's. Usually Brad takes care of it, so it was a treat for all of us. Here she is realizing that Daddy is finally home. She gets so excited to see us. It's not easy to leave in the morning, but we absolutely love coming home to this.

Cutie Pie

Not much new to report, other than the shopping trip was rather unsuccessful. I was so disappointed to see that the Gap outlet in Edinburgh doesn't carry maternity clothes any longer! I ended up getting one thing for myself while we were there. Alivia made the trip well worth it though. She got some new shoes (one of her new favorite words) and tons of clothes for spring. We had a good time despite the frigid cold wind. Spring can't come soon enough! The pictures aren't of anything significant. Just too cute not to show you. :)

This one's a little blurry, but I couldn't resist. :)
